Claire Wolford, a beloved Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, recently sent her fans into a frenzy with a jaw-dropping Instagram post that showcased just how insanely flexible she can be.

In the viral photo, the Lincoln, Nebraska native amazed her followers by perfectly holding her right leg straight up in the air without using her hands, as she had pom-poms in her hands while on the field.

Despite posting that picture of herself in uniform, those days appear to be long gone for Claire Wolford.

Longtime Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Claire Wolford appeared to announce her retirement decision earlier this year.The former Nebraska and Arizona State dancer gained a big-time following on social media while cheering for the team, but it appears that those days are behind her.
